Overheard during vascular surgery on a lumbar tumor:
Doctor [to nurse]: "Could we have the shot glass ready, please..."
Nurse: "One shot glass, present."
Doctor: " Okay, let's get the superglue ready..."
later on during the surgery, to other doctors and nurses:
Doctor: "so which paint thinner is your sniff of choice? Benjamin Moore, or generic?"
