A scroll from the Chronicles of Andrew

[unintelligible] drove his sword deep into the dragon's breast with a great crunching and a spewing of blood like the spray of water when a great hog dashes the fence to pieces and leaps headlong into the moat.
The hero then called his page and scribe and said, "Verily, I have conquered the hideous beast. Now shall I rest and tend to my correspondence. Take a letter, and begin it as follows:

Then the hero stretched his mighty limbs and broke the scribe's neck for jest and to remind his other servants of their rightful place. "Muster the armies!" he roared. "We ride on, to sack and pillage again on the morrow!"

Thus ends this chronicle of Andrew.
